Agapornis updated Grenade Helper with a new update entry:

issue with jump throw and crouch nades has been fixed

also check if you have the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\ev0lve\database
if not create it manually

you can import skeet nade locations or unzip and place this under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\ev0lve\database folder
